In many cases, this begins with an idea. This is followed by the development of a solution concept based on many years of experience in the automation industry. Working with you, our experts check the technical feasibility up to a proof of concept (PoC), making optimum use of ready-made functions. Application-specific example code can also be provided.

In addition, Bosch Rexroth technical support – remote and on-site – assists you with commissioning so that your machines and applications can be up and running as quickly as possible. A global support network made up of experienced application engineers is available to you at all times.

Your personal assistant when servicing is needed: The ctrlX Digital Service Assistant is available round the clock on your smartphone or tablet. You can thus access all service tools from any location and keep track of the status of your machines for example. The digital assistant also allows you to contact the ctrlX AUTOMATION helpdesk directly.
