New regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) make it clear: cybersecurity is no longer an option but a necessity. The operating system ctrlX OS is secure by design and already prepared for the requirements of the CRA. Scalable Control Solutions for All Automation Tasks
Dive into our wide portfolio of control solutions. The control platform ctrlX CORE is now available at all performance levels with AI functions. Additionally, 23 new I/O modules from the ctrlX I/O portfolio are available. There are also innovations in industrial PCs ctrlX IPC, which now come with increased computing and image processing power, and the HMI portfolio offers a completely new lineup with double the performance and a smaller footprint.
Dynamic and Precise Motion and Drive Functions
The drive portfolio ctrlX DRIVE also sees increased variety: more compact, energy-efficient, cabinet-free, and highly modular. Drives are available to meet almost all individual requirements.
This year, the focus is particularly on the compact servo drive for the lower power range, the servo module 24/48 V for the low voltage range, and cabinet-free drive technology. Additionally, the motion, CNC, and robotics software ctrlX MOTION provides the appropriate solution for automating production machines and systems. The safety control ctrlX SAFETY is now also available as a Safety PLC app for functional safety, independent of hardware. Corresponding functions can now be directly integrated into existing controls such as ctrlX CORE.
ctrlX FLOW – Motion Systems for Transport and Positioning
Automating and optimizing intralogistics processes is a key success factor in the factory of the future. ctrlX FLOW offers easy-to-integrate solutions for optimal and highly efficient material and goods flows.
At SPS, Bosch Rexroth will showcase the planar system ctrlX FLOW6D for contactless high-performance transport and positioning. It enables more movement freedoms with the highest precision. The free-floating transport platforms, called movers, are moved on a horizontally, vertically, or overhead-oriented work surface.
Additionally, the high-speed solution ctrlX FLOWHS for transport and positioning in the modern factory will be presented. The space-saving high-speed system can be flexibly configured for different topologies and thus application cases. Moreover, it is 100 percent integrated into the automation system ctrlX AUTOMATION and benefits from its openness and security as well as the complete ecosystem.
