From 31.03 – 04.04.2025, we will present the highlights of the automation system ctrlX AUTOMATION at the Hannover Messe and show how it fits into the solution portfolio for battery production. ctrlX AUTOMATION – Simple. Complete. Open.
The modular system provides all the necessary components for complete automation solutions – from drives and motors to controls and I/Os to motion and PLC and IoT functionalities. With the open, modular and scalable system, simple applications as well as complex solutions, e.g. for battery production, can be implemented. In addition to the appropriate hardware components, ctrlX AUTOMATION offers the possibility to easily add functions to the control via app.
Linux operating system ctrlX OS for more freedom in automation
ctrlX OS is an open, high-performance industrial operating system with ecosystem. The Linux-based operating system can be used at different levels of the automation pyramid – from the field level to the cloud. The solution is completely hardware-independent and therefore fits perfectly with different components from different manufacturers. At the booth, visitors can test ctrlX OS directly live on the control platform ctrlX CORE. In addition, we will show onsite that ctrlX OS is ready for the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
ctrlX FLOWHS: Linear motion system for more high-speed
ctrlX FLOWHS brings flexibility and high speed to manufacturing – with maximum precision and reduced space requirements. The high-speed system for transport and positioning can be configured flexibly for various topologies and thus applications. Thanks to the integration into the automation system ctrlX AUTOMATION, users have unrestricted access to a wide range of functions.
