The out-of-the-box solution consisting of flow-optimized standard modules sets new benchmarks in terms of power density, energy efficiency and quiet operations. The solution allows even machine manufacturers with very little hydraulics experience to benefit from previously unknown application possibilities and minimal total costs from engineering to maintenance.

Pre-configured and delivered quickly.
Once the configuration process has been carried out with support from professionals, the machine manufacturer quickly receives the completed documentation, including the CAD model. The actuator is supplied pre-configured and only needs to be connected to the electrical system and the higher-level control system for commissioning.
BE SMART
Easy to use, no hydraulics expertise required.
A key factor is the simplified commissioning with standardized interfaces such as Multi-Ethernet. The preconfigured CytroForce is treated like an electric drive at the control level.
Software-supported parameterization via the IndraWorks engineering software replaces previously time-consuming programming. Subsequent cycle adjustments can also be made quickly and easily.
BE EFFICIENT
Minimal total costs and ecologically advantageous.
High performance values, short cycle times and low overall costs lead to a sustainable gain in productivity. Compared to non-integrated hydraulic linear actuator, only half as much installation space is required, and the energy requirement of the variable-speed drive is up to 80 percent lower. The oil quantity is also up to 97 percent lower than in open systems, which is of economic relevance.

The integrated IoT service CytroConnect Solutions ensures higher availability and avoids unplanned downtime. Operators can monitor operating conditions and schedule maintenance at low cost.
