Des Weiteren gibt es Neuheiten aus dem Produktportfolio, spannende Case Studies sowie externe Stimmen zu Digitalisierung und Vernetzung.
ctrlX AUTOMATION live @ SPS 2023
On 14.11.2023 it was time again. SPS - Smart Production Solutions in Nuremberg opened its doors to the international automation world for 3 days. The Game Changer Team from ctrlX AUTOMATION was right in the middle! In hall 7, we presented all the latest innovations relating to our automation system.
And once again this year, we were overwhelmed by the response from visitors and the interest in our portfolio. After record numbers in the last two trade fair years, we are very proud that we were able to welcome more interested visitors to our booth compared to last year.
Visitors were able to experience the complete ctrlX AUTOMATION portfolio live and find out about all the latest news every hour in an entertaining trade fair show.
We presented a mid-range performance version of the control platform ctrlX CORE, over 20 new ctrlX I/O modules and new drive variants for the low voltage range. The ctrlX DRIVE portfolio now also includes a cabinet-free variant. Another highlight was our new high-speed motion system for transport and positioning, ctrlX FLOWHS.
All new products benefit from the openness of the automation system ctrlX AUTOMATION. In addition to co-creation, this openness was once again a major theme at our booth this year. 16 ctrlX World partners were represented together with us and demonstrated their solutions with ctrlX AUTOMATION. We also presented the Linux operating system ctrlX OS, where we can now officially welcome DELL and NOKIA as partners in addition to WAGO. This shows that the solution has already been integrated at all levels of the automation pyramid.
We are already looking forward to next year.

SPS 2023:
A total of over 50,000 interested parties visited the SPS this year. Despite the nationwide train drivers' strike in Germany at short notice, there was a significant increase in visitors compared to the previous year. Looking back, trade visitors met the who's who of the automation industry and were able to obtain comprehensive information on everything from sensors to the cloud, from what is feasible today to trends and visions of smart automation. 1,229 exhibitors used the SPS as a presentation platform and a place for lively exchange and inspiration to meet the challenges of today with the solutions of tomorrow.
