ctrlX AUTOMATION IDE App wins automation app award

We are delighted that the IDE app has won the first place in the "automation app award" in the category Engineering & Robotics. The selection of the award winners took place within an online voting: Users decided who was awarded. The award was presented by the trade magazine Elektrotechnik AUTOMATISIERUNG (only available in german) in cooperation with the ZVEI (German Electrical and Digital Manufacturers' Association) for the best apps in the field of automation. The award ceremony took place on November 14^th, 2023 at the SPS in Nuremberg. We are delighted that so many users are convinced by the app and would like to thank you for every vote. The award made us proud and proves that we are at the cutting edge with ctrlX AUTOMATION, or in our words: TWO STEPS AHEAD.

With the IDE App of the automation toolkit ctrlX AUTOMATION, the low-coding trend is making its way into the automation industry. Simple applications can be developed without extensive programming knowledge. Visual elements are strung together, parameterized and replace classic code. The app offers a complete development environment for visual programming with the operating system ctrlX OS from Bosch Rexroth. It runs directly on the control system and only requires a web browser.
