Additionally, information was provided on central trending topics such as Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence. The event at the Ulm location was rounded off with a tour of the model factory.

The editorial teams from Elektronikpraxis, Going, MM Maschinenmarkt, Elektrotechnik Automatisierung, Open Automation, Maschinenbau-Das Schweizer Industriemagazin, SPS Magazin, Konstruktion, KEM, and Industrieanzeiger first received a comprehensive ctrlX AUTOMATION portfolio update. In addition to hardware and software extensions for ctrlX AUTOMATION, solution sets were presented that combine optimally coordinated hardware and software components. Furthermore, "Ask iXi," an AI-powered virtual assistant, was introduced, which answers questions about products, functions, and documentation. More information can be found in the press release.

The ctrlX World is continuously growing and has developed into a partner network that offers users a wide range of solutions, for example, in the areas of HMI, robotics, quality inspection, cybersecurity, sensor technology, and pneumatics. Recently, Emerson, Schmersal, and SEW-EURODRIVE have also contributed their solutions. More information about the new partners and their solutions can be found in this press release.

Following this, the innovations around the Linux-based operating system ctrlX OS were presented. In addition to the new LTS version 3.6 and a virtualized version, the three variants of ctrlX OS for individual requirements were introduced. All details are available in this press release.

As another prime example of co-creation, Advantech was introduced as a new ctrlX OS OEM. As part of the partnership, Bosch Rexroth and Advantech combine modular industrial PCs and the secure, open operating system ctrlX OS into a ready-to-use edge platform. More information about the partnership can be found in this press release.

The morning of the trade press conference was rounded off with a contribution on the topic of Cybersecurity.
